These Terms of Service govern the use of touchprint.us and the print services provided by Touch Print. By placing a request with us, you agree to the terms below.

Client File Responsibility

You are responsible for the content of the files you submit. This includes the spelling and accuracy of all text, the chosen layout, the resolution of images, and the colors as designed. We print what is approved, so please review your content carefully before approval.

Our Human Review Policy

As part of our curation, we manually review technical aspects of your file before production. We check bleed, cut margins, color profiles (CMYK versus RGB), and resolution, and we flag issues we find. This technical review does not cover content decisions such as wording, grammar, pricing, or design choices, which remain your responsibility.

Approval and Results

When you approve a file without requesting changes, you accept it as ready for production. We do not guarantee a specific result for files that are approved as submitted, since the outcome depends on the artwork provided.

Reprint Policy

We stand behind our production quality. If a confirmed production error on our side affects your order, we will reprint the affected items at no additional cost. Reprints do not apply to errors originating in the client approved file, such as typos or low resolution artwork.

Turnaround and Shipping

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by file readiness, material availability, and carrier conditions. We will communicate clearly if anything affects your timeline.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled under Florida jurisdiction.
